Please take note!

It has come to my attention that letters were mailed late from the Assessor's office for property assessments. 

The Town's Open Book session is scheduled for tomorrow, July 23, 2025 from 3-5pm. It is a virtual session and instructions for how to schedule a session should have been included in your letter from Accurate Assessors. 

Please do not panic or call anyone upset about the late notice. You have plenty of time to address your assessment concerns with Accurate!

You do not need to attend only during that 2 hour window in order to bring up concerns regarding your assessment!

While not ideal, the late notification does not impact your ability to discuss your assessment with Accurate. 

You may reach out directly to Accurate anytime up until 48 hours prior to the Board of Review which is scheduled for August 12th 4-6pm.
